What should gout be and should not be eaten?

Disorders of protein metabolism lead to increased uric acid in the blood which causes gout.

According to doctors, when the amount of uric acid in the blood rises to a certain level, combined with some favorable conditions such as temperature, the amount of protein absorbed into the body, ... the uric acid will precipitate into a fine form. The needle-shaped solid, very sharp, at the same time at the joints there is precipitation that will cause severe pain, accompanied by swelling, heat, and redness. At that time, people called gout.

If left untreated or repeated many times, it will cause destruction of the joint leading to disability, then need to reconstruct joints. About 20% of gout patients have kidney stones because the urate crystals are deposited, causing stones to obstruct the urinary tract, which can cause kidney dysfunction, urinary tract infection, etc., which can affect lives.

Note:

People with gout are limiting the amount of Purin put into their bodies. However, when gout patients perform excessive diets, it will cause a lack of Protein to produce other pathologies but also do not eat too much to promote gout fastness ... .
